We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage the complete HR function for our turnkey interior execution company. The role involves recruitment, employee management, HR operations, and supporting the manpower requirements of project and site teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for office and site positions.
Recruit Project Managers, Site Engineers, supervisors, skilled workers, and support staff.
Manage employee onboarding, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Coordinate manpower requirements across ongoing projects.
Handle employee relations and workplace concerns.
Maintain employee records and HR policies.
Support performance management and employee development.
Coordinate with management and project teams on manpower planning.




Ensure proper HR processes and company policies are followed.

Requirements
3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
Experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Experience handling manpower requirements for construction/interior/fit-out companies is preferred.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage recruitment for multiple positions simultaneously.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in interior execution, construction, or project-based companies. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
