Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads Executive to take ownership of our paid search strategy and execution for a quick-growing UK e-commerce brand. This role requires hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Google Shopping, and performance marketing, with a focus on driving online sales and maximising Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities
Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display,

YouTube).
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
Manage Google Merchant Center and optimise product feeds.
Write, test, and refine ad copy tailored to UK consumer behaviour and seasonal

trends.
Monitor campaign performance; optimise bids, budgets, and targeting to hit ROAS

goals.
Implement advanced tracking: conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience

strategies.
Analyse campaign data using Google Analytics, GA4, and Tag Manager.
Partner with e-commerce, creative, and analytics teams to support launches and

promotions.
Stay updated on Google Ads policies, platform updates, and UK retail/e-commerce

trends. Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads for e-commerce brands.
Proven expertise in Google Shopping & Merchant Center.




Google Ads Certification (preferred).
Strong skills in Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
Experience with feed management tools (e.g., DataFeedWatch, Channable).
Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms.
Excellent analytical, copywriting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience running campaigns on Meta Ads or Bing Ads.
Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and multi-channel attribution.
Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimisation.
