Solid knowledge of building maintenance and facility management.
Positive understanding of civil maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, painting, tiling, leakage and seepage-related works.
Solid vendor and manpower management skills.
Good customer handling and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and external agencies.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and maintenance reporting.
Ability to manage multiple residential facilities and maintenance activities independently.
