Role Overview The role involves field sales, client visits, business development activities, and coordination with clients and OEM partners to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development Support
Assist in development and improvement of nutraceutical formulations (tablets, capsules, sachets, powders, etc.)
Coordinate sample development, stability testing and formulation revisions
Work closely with OEM partners on technical feasibility and production planning
OEM & Vendor Coordination
Liaise with third-party manufacturers for production planning and execution
Manage raw material and packaging vendors
Negotiate timelines and ensure adherence to agreed delivery schedules
Follow up on production status, dispatch and logistics
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain technical documentation including COA, product specifications, MSDS and product dossiers
Ensure products meet regulatory and quality compliance standards
Support audits and documentation reviews as required
Client & Internal Coordination
Visit clients, distributors, doctors, retailers, or partners for business development activities
Generate sales through field visits and relationship management
Identify current market opportunities and expand customer base
Meet monthly sales and business development targets
Required Qualifications
B.Pharm / M.Pharm / BSc / MSc (Chemistry / Life Sciences)
1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry
Understanding of formulation development and manufacturing processes preferred
