We are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team in Noida Sector 4. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding selected applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
Source and screen candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Coordinate with different departments to understand hiring needs.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist in onboarding and documentation of current employees.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (HR background preferred).
0–2 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers can also apply).
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of job portals and MS Office.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
Work Details:
Office-based job.
Monday to Saturday working.
Salary up to ₹25,000 depending on experience.
Location: Noida Sector 4 (Nearest Metro – Noida Sector 16) Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,784.21 per month
