We are looking for a goal-oriented Telecaller to join our growing financial services team in Vashi. In this role, you will connect with potential clients, introduce our financial products, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Call potential customers from provided databases to pitch financial services.
Product Explanation: Explain financial products clearly, including loans, insurance, or investment plans.
Customer Relationship: Understand customer needs and guide them to the right financial solutions.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and sales status in the CRM.
Target Achievement: Meet daily calling targets and monthly sales/appointment milestones.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
