Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to support HR and employee-related requirements.
Handle employee engagement, performance management, grievance handling and HR operations.
Support manpower planning, recruitment and onboarding.
Drive HR policies, processes and compliance across assigned locations.
Analyse HR data and provide actionable insights to management.
Support training, development and talent management initiatives.
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent. Skills: Robust communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving and HRMS knowledge.
