CTC : ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and sales-driven Hair Transplant Counsellor who can convert consultations into successful treatment bookings. If you have excellent communication, convincing skills, and a passion for helping clients while achieving sales targets, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
Consult clients regarding hair loss concerns and treatment options.
Explain hair transplant procedures and recommend suitable treatment plans.
Convert walk-ins and leads into paying clients.
Build long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to deliver an excellent client experience.
Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates.
Requirements
1–5 years of experience in Hair Transplant, Aesthetic, Dermatology, Sales.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Solid sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
Qualified appearance and positive attitude.
Quick learner with strong relationship-building skills.
