Job Summary:

Responsible for managing key customer accounts, driving sales growth, maintaining robust business relationships, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies for Britannia products across assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop relationships with key accounts and large customers
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Develop account-wise sales plans and business strategies
Coordinate with distributors, retailers, modern trade, and institutional customers
Monitor primary and secondary sales performance
Ensure product availability, visibility, and effective merchandising
Negotiate commercial terms, schemes, promotions, and business agreements
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities
Coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistics teams for timely product availability
Track inventory, orders, and payment collections
Prepare sales forecasts, account reports, and MIS
Identify opportunities for recent product launches and business expansion

Skills Required:




Strong FMCG sales and key account management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Strong analytical and commercial understanding
Customer relationship and business development skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM/sales reporting tools
Target-oriented approach with strong follow-up skills

Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage
2–6 years of experience in FMCG sales / Key Account Management
Experience handling modern trade, institutional, or large retail accounts preferred

Preferred Experience:
Experience with FMCG, food, beverages, packaged foods, dairy, or consumer goods
Exposure to Contemporary Trade, General Trade, E-commerce, HoReCa, and Institutional Sales
Experience handling key accounts, distributors, supermarkets, retail chains, or large customers

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
