Key Responsibilities:
Provide hardware, software, and application support to end users.
Install and configure standard images on laptops and desktops.
Manage and track IT hardware and software assets.
Provide mobile device deployment, configuration, activation, and troubleshooting.
Perform password resets and workstation management in Active Directory.
Troubleshoot Windows/Mac, Microsoft Office, networking, printers, and AV/Video Conferencing systems.
Support audio/video conference equipment, including daily checks and event setup.
Document incidents, resolutions, asset transactions, and service activities accurately.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and infrastructure teams when required.
Provide excellent customer support and maintain ownership of issues through resolution.
Provide rotational after-hours emergency support as required.

Qualifications:
B.Tech / B.E. / Engineering Graduate
Robust troubleshooting and customer-service skills.
Knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, MS Office, Active Directory, networking, mobile devices, AV/VC, and telephony equipment preferred.
Experience in IT Helpdesk, Desktop Support, Service Desk, or Walk-Up Support is highly relevant.
