Key Responsibilities
Handle calls, WhatsApp, and inquiries from students, freshers, and job seekers .
Understand candidates' career goals and suggest suitable paid IT training programs .
Counsel students and explain course advantages, duration, fees, career opportunities, and training process .
Convert interested candidates into paid training enrollments .
Follow up regularly with leads and maintain proper lead records.
Generate daily candidate/student pipelines through calls, references, job portals, and social media.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews where required.
Maintain daily reports of calls, follow-ups, conversions, and paid joinings .
Coordinate with the training and recruitment teams for smooth onboarding.
Maintain solid relationships with candidates and ensure proper communication throughout the process.
Achieve monthly paid training conversion targets .
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Strong follow-up and candidate-handling ability.
Basic understanding of IT Recruitment and IT Training Programs .
Comfortable speaking with freshers and college students.
Target-oriented and confident personality.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
