What You Will Do
Running the Business Operating System:
Serve as the engine for the India office by driving the routines, governance, and disciplines that keep the business aligned, informed, and performing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business planning, budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and priority-setting processes.
- Run leadership operating rhythms, including business reviews, governance forums, decision tracking,
and executive communications.
- Monitor business performance through KPIs, dashboards, and analytics, providing visibility into progress, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure robust governance, compliance, accountability, and follow-through on strategic and operational commitments.
What You Can Expect
Turning Strategy into Execution Act as the integrator across Business Units and Corporate Functions, translating strategy into coordinated action and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Country Head to drive execution of strategic priorities, transformation programs, and key business initiatives.
- Align stakeholders around shared objectives, priorities, timelines, and success measures.
- Lead cross-functional programs, proactively managing dependencies, risks, and execution barriers.
- Drive organizational effectiveness and continuous improvement by improving processes, decision-making, and collaboration across teams.
Enabling Better Decisions And Stronger Alignment Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team by providing insights, recommendations, and connections that accelerate decision-making and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic inputs, business insights, and data-driven recommendations to support leadership decisions.
- Develop executive briefings, presentations, and communications that translate complex information into clear actions.
- Build strong relationships across business, functional, regional, and external stakeholders to drive alignment and influence outcomes.
- Act as a connector across the organization, facilitating communication, resolving issues, and representing the leadership members in key forums as appropriate.
Experience
What you will bring
- 8-12+ years of experience in business management, strategy, operations, consulting, program management, finance, or related leadership-support roles.
- Experience working directly with senior executives and leadership teams.
- Proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives and driving measurable business outcomes.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and program execution skills.
- Experience in multinational organizations highly desirable.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related discipline.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
