About the Role

Grandhi FinTax Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly accomplished Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) to lead the organization’s finance function and contribute to strategic business growth. The CFO will be responsible for financial strategy, planning, reporting, governance, compliance, treasury management, and business partnering while driving operational excellence and sustainable profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall finance and accounts function of the organization.
- Develop and implement financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business forecasting processes.
- Oversee R2R, General Ledger, accounting operations, financial reporting, and MIS reporting.
- Ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closures.
- Prepare and review cash flow statements, profitability reports, and management dashboards.
- Monitor business performance through variance analysis and financial analytics.
- Manage treasury operations, banking relationships, working capital, and liquidity planning.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, audit requirements, and corporate governance practices.
- Support leadership in strategic decision-making, business expansion, investment evaluation, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Strengthen internal financial controls, risk management frameworks, and process governance.
- Lead finance transformation, automation, and reporting improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and develop the finance team and build a high-performance finance organization.

- Experience in leading finance teams and interacting with senior management is highly preferred.
