As the Manager in our Human Resources Digital HR Technologies department, you will be at the forefront of our AI-driven HR transformation.

Your role is pivotal in developing and implementing cutting-edge HR solutions, leveraging AI to enhance our HCM modules and overall HR functions. You will manage projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful integration of AI technologies into our HR processes.

Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of AI-powered HR solutions, focusing on HCM modules.
- Manage and oversee AI-related HR projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify areas where AI can enhance HR processes.
- Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and trends in HR and propose innovative solutions.
- Ensure data privacy and security compliance in AI-led HR initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.




- Stay informed about industry best practices and competitive landscape in AI-HR.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, along with MBA from Tier 1 Schools.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with a strong understanding of HCM modules.
- Proven experience in leading AI-related projects, preferably in an HR context.
- Excellent knowledge of AI technologies and their applications in HR.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee complex projects.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems, especially AI-powered tools.
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and HR.
