Role & responsibilities

Role: Manager E-Motor Design Validation

- Lead EV motor development for PMSM/Induction Motors, from concept to validation.
- Drive motor design, simulation, verification and performance optimization.
- Develop motor control strategies using FOC, DTC, SVPWM and field weakening.
- Manage MATLAB/Simulink modelling, DVP&R;, DFMEA, DV/PV and safety compliance.
- Lead dynamometer testing, NVH, thermal and efficiency validation.
- Coordinate with R&D;, CAE, Manufacturing, Quality, Vehicle Testing and suppliers.
- Manage engineering teams and ensure timely project deliverables.
- Hands-on exposure to MATLAB/Simulink, INCA, CANalyzer and CANoe..
