Role Description The Manager – EdTech will oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of training and upskilling programs for students and early-career professionals. This full time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves coordinating curriculum development, managing learning projects, and collaborating with mentors, trainers, and industry partners to deliver impactful learning experiences.

The Manager will monitor program performance, track learner outcomes, and use data-driven insights to refine offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include stakeholder communication, team coordination, quality assurance of learning content, and ensuring smooth operational execution of cohorts, workshops, and events.

Qualifications





- Experience in education technology, training, or learning and development, with the ability to design and manage upskilling programs.
- Strong project and program management skills, including planning, organizing, and tracking multiple initiatives and cohorts.
- Ability to collaborate with educators, mentors, and industry partners, and maintain clear, professional communication with learners.
- Data-driven mindset with skills in monitoring outcomes, generating insights, and implementing improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Comfort with digital learning platforms and tools, and interest in emerging trends in edtech and skills-based education.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, business, engineering, management, or a related field; advanced qualifications in education or instructional design are a plus.
- Prior experience working with students or early-career professionals, preferably in an internship, bootcamp, or cohort-based learning environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, with a proactive, learner-centric approach and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices.
