Manager - Strategic Investment & Corporate Development

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage strategic investments, corporate development, M&A; activities, and business expansion initiatives. The role will involve evaluating investment opportunities, financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, transaction execution, and supporting strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate investment, acquisition, and business expansion opportunities.
- Prepare financial models, DCF valuations, investment analysis, and business cases.
- Conduct financial and commercial due diligence for potential investments and acquisitions.
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and other teams for M&A; and transaction execution.
- Support deal structuring, negotiations, strategic partnerships, and joint ventures.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.




- Prepare investment proposals, presentations, and reports for senior management.
- Monitor investment performance and strategic initiatives.

Qualification & Requirements

- Commerce Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- 5-8 years of experience in Corporate Development, M&A;, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, Financial Advisory, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of financial modelling, valuation, DCF, due diligence, and financial analysis.
- Solid analytical, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong business acumen and attention to detail.
