Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) professional for its Project Management Services (PMS) division to oversee EHS for a prestigious high-rise residential project.

The role is responsible for ensuring statutory compliance, implementing EHS systems, managing contractor safety, and driving a solid safety culture throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitorproject-specificEHS policies, procedures, and compliance.

• Conduct site inspections,safety audits, risk assessments (HIRA), and ensure timely closure of observations.

• Managehigh-riskconstructionactivitiesincluding work at height,lifting operations, excavation, scaffolding, electrical works, confined space entry, and hot work.

• Review Method Statements, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessments, and Permit-to- Work documentation.

• Lead incident investigations, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and statutory reporting.

• Conductsafety inductions, toolbox talks, emergency drills, andcontractor awareness programs.

• Monitor contractor compliance and coordinate with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

• Maintain EHS records, dashboards, KPIs, statutory documentation, and support internal/client audits.

4. Qualification: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, or a related discipline mandatory. (Graduation mandatory) • ADIS / NEBOSH / PGDISM or equivalent EHS certification. • Additional certifications in ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Fire Safety, First Aid, etc., will be an added advantage

Mandatory Experience

• 5 to 7 years of relevant EHS experience in the construction/real estate sector. • Hands-on experience in executing high-rise residential apartment projects (30+ stores) is mandatory. • Experience with International Property Consultants (IPCs) or reputed real estate developers is highly preferred. • Strong knowledge of contractor safety management, statutory compliance, construction safety, and audit processes.

1. Site Location - Navi Mumbai, Ghansoli- Tata Reality Project
2. This is a 5 days WFO role
3. Interview Process: 2 to 3 Rounds (Final round will be F2F in Mumbai)
4. Short joiners preferred, with immediate to Max 30 days notice period
