Job Summary The Reporting Specialist is responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering accurate, timely, and insightful reports that support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities

- Support Senior Director with operational reporting, business insights, and performance tracking.
- Design, develop, automate, and maintain operational and management reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across multiple reporting platforms.
- Analyze trends, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful solutions.
- Utilize reporting and visualization tools to create user-friendly dashboards and presentations.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting processes through automation, technology, and innovation.
- Support business reviews by preparing recurring and ad hoc reports.
- Prepare management presentations, business reviews, and executive summaries for leadership meetings.
- Monitor data quality and proactively resolve reporting discrepancies.
- Document reporting processes,



methodologies, and best practices.
- Adapt to evolving business priorities and support new initiatives as needed.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts is preferred (but not required).
