The role offers exposure across core finance functions including financial reporting, compliance, and business finance. /n Role &

Responsibilities /n /n

- Lead financial accounting., viz. P2P cycle, O2C cycle or capitalization cycle

/n

- Assist in financial reporting and month-end/year-end closing activities

/n

- Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits

/n

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

/n

- Work on direct and indirect taxation (GST, TDS, etc.)

/n

- Prepare and analyze financial statements and MIS reports

/n

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

/n

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for financial data and insights

/n

- Assist in process improvement and automation initiatives

/n /n Skills & Qualifications /n /n

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Fresher

/n

- Articleship experience with Big 6 firms preferred

/n

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

/n

- Basic knowledge of taxation (GST, TDS, compliance)

/n

- Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP knowledge is an added advantage

/n

- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills

/n

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

/n

- Detail-oriented with a proactive and learning mindset.
