ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Wintel Engineer with solid expertise in Windows, VMware, Linux and Azure environments. Linux experience is a priority among these technologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide L3 support for Windows, Linux, VMware and Azure environments
- Troubleshoot complex production and performance issues
- Handle server crashes, no-boot, memory leaks and unresponsive systems
- Analyze memory dumps and Windows performance issues
- Manage incidents, escalations, changes and problem management
- Perform patching, security and configuration management
- Automate operational tasks using scripting and configuration tools
- Support enterprise infrastructure deployments and migrations
- Lead L1/L2 teams and coordinate with customers/vendors
- Maintain DR procedures, documentation and CMDB accuracy
