Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding current hires.
Conduct generalistic HR activities such as employee data management, perks administration, and compliance with labor laws.
Provide support in payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursements to employees.
Collaborate with line managers to resolve employee grievances and improve overall workplace culture.
