Role Overview
The Hiring Manager will be responsible for driving the recruitment process from sourcing to shortlisted candidates.
The role requires someone who can efficiently manage multiple hiring requirements, conduct high-quality first-round interviews, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience for candidates.
This is a highly execution-oriented role requiring discipline, robust process adherence, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions across functions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Conduct first-round interviews to evaluate candidates for technical fit, behavioural competencies, and cultural alignment.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Partner with business leaders to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, interview records,
and hiring dashboards.
Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, timelines, and documentation standards.
Support offer rollout, pre-joining engagement, and onboarding coordination.
Continuously improve sourcing strategies and recruitment efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Excellent sourcing and shortlisting capabilities across multiple channels.
Solid process adherence and attention to detail.
Excellent internal stakeholder management and coordination skills.
Highly disciplined with the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Strong follow-up and closure mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Extremely hands-on with a strong bias for execution.
Experience in hiring for logistics, supply chain, operations, or startup settings will be an advantage.
