We're looking for a seasoned Interior Designer (15+ years of experience) to join our team as a Consultant. You'll lead space planning, architectural coordination, construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E; for our projects — working directly with clients from concept through execution.
Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and translate them into design concepts
Develop space plans, construction drawings, and detailed specifications
Oversee FF&E; selection and procurement
Manage in office implementation and quality of finishes
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors
Requirements
15+ years of experience in interior design (commercial and/or residential)
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Solid knowledge of materials, finishes, and design principles
Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving ability
