Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming leads and respond to customer inquiries.
Understand client requirements for residential interior projects.
Make initial calls and explain the company's interior design services.
Schedule client meetings and appointments for the sales/design team.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Update lead details and follow-up status in the CRM.
Coordinate with the Sales and Design teams.
Assist in converting enquiries into qualified leads.
Requirements:
Fresher with a degree/diploma or completed Interior Design course can apply.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Interest in sales and residential interior design.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Comfortable with 6 days working (Monday–Saturday).
Sunday fixed off.
Immediate joiners preferred.
