We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Junior Dialysis Technician to join our team in the Nephrology department at Aster MIMS Kannur. The ideal candidate will have a robust foundation in dialysis technology and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Roles and Responsibility
Operate and maintain dialysis machines, ensuring proper function and calibration.
Monitor patients during dialysis procedures, responding promptly to any complications or issues.
Administer local anesthesia, anticoagulants, and other medications as prescribed by doctors.
Monitor blood pressure, blood gases, and other vital signs during dialysis.
Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and progress.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

Job Requirements
Diploma or certificate in dialysis technology or related field.




Solid knowledge of dialysis principles, techniques, and equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
Familiarity with medical terminology and hospital protocols.
Basic life support certification is an asset.
