6 Months – 8 Years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment / IT Staffing.
Valuable understanding of the Indian IT recruitment market.
Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
Valuable knowledge of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Angular, React, QA, DevOps, Cloud, SAP, Data Engineering, etc.
Solid candidate screening and communication skills.
Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a quick-paced recruitment workplace
