Role & responsibilities
Be the Single Point of Contact between the client & all other teams.
Drive Tenant Coordination for fitouts at various shopping malls & for other projects
Track down deliverables & timelines and be accountable for all follow ups & activities to ensure all timelines are adhered till project completion.
Generate weekly and monthly reports for project status and present the same in review meetings.
Conduct and minute meetings required for the project progress.
Maintain all administrative record of the project
Manage communication wrt mails, video conference calls, tele calls effectively and efficiently.
Conduct site visits periodically with /without team as required.
