About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth, strengthen institutional partnerships, and expand our market presence across Calicut and surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic marketing and business development plans.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through schools, colleges, institutions, and corporate partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and institutional clients.
Conduct field visits, presentations, meetings, and promotional activities.
Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns and outreach activities.
Coordinate with sales, academic, and digital marketing teams to maximize conversions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, partnerships, and business performance.
Manage negotiations, proposals,



and business closures.
Represent the organization at events, seminars, education fairs, and institutional meetings.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, B2B Sales, or a related role.
Experience in EdTech, Education, Training, or Service Industry will be preferred.
Strong B2B marketing and institutional networking skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales and business development targets.
Strong leadership and relationship-management skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and field activities.
Should be proactive, target-oriented, and result-driven.
