The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and robust communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential recruiters to bring placement opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with companies and industry specialists.
Coordinate with recruiters regarding job openings, hiring requirements, and candidate profiles.
Follow up with companies and recruiters to develop new placement opportunities.
Organize employer interaction activities such as job fairs, guest lectures, and networking sessions.
Coordinate between recruiters and students/job seekers to ensure smooth placement processes.
Guide students/job seekers on career opportunities, resume building, and interview preparation.
Maintain records of recruiters, placement opportunities, and candidate-related activities.
Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with all relevant stakeholders.
