Role & responsibilities
Ensure child safety, hygiene, and quality care at all times.
Handle parents professionally and build robust relationships.
Plan and conduct daily classroom activities as per the curriculum.
Ensure timely implementation of the curriculum.
Maintain classroom discipline and an engaging learning workplace.
Submit daily reports and maintain child records.
Support admissions, parent retention, and achievement of centre targets.
Coordinate with the Centre Head and team for smooth centre operations.
Graduate/Diploma (Early Childhood Education preferred).
Valuable communication and classroom management skills.
Passion for working with young children.
Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
