Key Responsibilities
Plan, supervise and manage day-to-day MEP site execution activities.
Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting and ELV works as applicable to the project.
Monitor contractors, subcontractors, vendors and MEP site teams.
Prepare and monitor MEP work schedules and daily/weekly progress reports.
Ensure compliance with project safety requirements and applicable codes/standards.
Construction company / Real Estate / Building Construction experience is mandatory.
Candidates must have hands-on experience in MEP execution at construction sites.
Experience in residential, commercial, high-rise, hospitality, institutional or large-scale building projects will be preferred.
Valuable knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and ELV systems.
Candidate should be willing to work at the project site in Greater Noida near Pari Chowk.

Educational Qualification

MEP Engineer/MEP Manager
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
