Key Responsibilities
Set and install moulds on injection moulding machines.
Perform mould changeover and machine setup.
Set basic process parameters as per approved standards.
Check mould alignment, clamping and cooling connections.
Conduct trial runs and coordinate for first-piece approval.
Identify and rectify basic moulding defects.
Ensure proper mould handling, cleaning and storage.
Coordinate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams.
Follow safety procedures, PPE and 5S standards.
Maintain mould change and setup records.
Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of injection moulding machines and moulds.
Knowledge of process parameters and common moulding defects.
Basic troubleshooting skills.
Ability to handle mould changeover independently.
Positive safety awareness and teamwork.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
