Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketer with real estate experience to manage digital ad campaigns, generate quality leads, and create engaging marketing creatives.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, run, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Generate and improve quality real estate leads.
Monitor CPL, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
Create social media posts, ad creatives, banners, reels, and project graphics.
Design creatives using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
Write basic ad copies, captions, and headlines.
Manage social media content and promotional campaigns.




Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions.
Research competitors, target audiences, and market trends.
