Role & responsibilities
Project Planning &
Execution: Prepare detailed project execution plans, Manage daily operations at the site and ensure progress as per schedule.
Make proper Client bill details and bills format,
Team Supervision: Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and labor workforce, Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Vendor &
Contractor Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for timely material and service delivery,
Monitoring &
Reporting: Track project milestones, site productivity, and costs, Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management/client
Quality &
Safety Assurance

: Enforce strict adherence to quality and safety protocols, Conduct regular site inspections and resolve issues proactively.
Client &
Stakeholder Interaction

: Maintain solid communication with clients and consultants, Handle site meetings, inspections, and project updates.
Documentation &
Compliance: Maintain site documentation, material receipts, labor records, and daily logs, Ensure statutory compliance (labor laws, environmental norms, etc.)

Preferred candidate profile




Educational Qualification - Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Robust understanding of project management methodologies , Proficiency in project planning tools (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, etc.),Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Leadership &
Management

: Proven experience in managing in office teams (engineers, supervisors, laborers), Ability to lead, coordinate, and motivate teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Communication &
Coordination: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and government authorities.
Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Strong analytical and decision-making skills to resolve site-level issues efficiently.
Time &
Budget Management

: Ability to manage timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
Compliance &
Safety - Deep understanding of site safety standards, environmental norms, and statutory compliance.
