Maintain regular contact with empaneled clients, TPAs, and insurance companies to resolve billing or service issues.
Coordinate the onboarding process for current corporate accounts and update the hospitals internal database.
Referral Marketing & Doctor Engagement
Field-visit local clinics and general practitioners to establish a solid patient referral network.
Track referral patterns and regularly share feedback from external doctors with the hospital administration.
Outreach Camps & Events
Plan, organize, and execute free health check-up camps, diagnostic drives, and awareness seminars in target areas.
Coordinate with internal doctors, nursing staff, and logistics teams to ensure smooth camp operations.
Collect and maintain data from outreach camps to track patient conversions and hospital admissions.
