Robust Portfolio Services background to support Transformation Leadership and Group Transformation Office to shape recent ways of working and processes to optimise IWPB portfolios. Responsibilities include:
Accountable for overseeing order book and value management activities
Draft assessments of IWPB Strategic Execution Controls: Design & Operating Effectiveness, Overall Control Workplace
Control Monitoring training & support for Control Leads in Tier-1 portfolios.
Coordinate & follow up Self-Assessment submission by Tier-1 portfolios.
Responsible for stakeholder management, portfolio prioritisation facilitation, perks realisation, cost management and resource & capability management (i.e. support the matching of supply and demand through demand forecasting and management.)
Supports effective portfolio, programme and project risk management through the implementation of the global banking Change framework
Collaborate with senior stakeholders internally & externally to ensure the portfolio is reported accurately and with insight, to ensure appropriate management action
