Experience in a Construction Company is preferred.
Working knowledge of Gate Entry systems.
Basic knowledge of PO, Invoice, Delivery Challan, E-Way Bill, and weighment documents.
Positive coordination skills with Security, Stores, Purchase, QC, Finance, Logistics, and Transporters.
Enter material and vehicle details accurately into ERP/software or the Gate Entry Register.
Generate material gate entry numbers
Immediately report discrepancies to Stores, Purchase, Finance, Security, or the concerned HOD.
Basic computer knowledge, particularly MS Excel and ERP software.
Robust attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to identify discrepancies and escalate issues promptly.
Ability to work in shifts and under plant operating conditions.

Accuracy of material and vehicle gate entries.
Zero unauthorized material/vehicle entry.
Timely verification of supporting documents.
Proper maintenance of gate entry documentation.
Timely reporting of discrepancies.
Compliance with plant safety and security procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
