Key Responsibilities
Quality Check (QC)
Perform quality checks on devices/products as per defined standards.
Identify and report defects or quality issues.
Maintain accurate QC records and reports.
Ensure compliance with company quality guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Operate computer systems for data entry, reporting, and tracking.
Required Skills
Tech-savvy with sound computer knowledge.
Positive understanding of MS Office and basic computer applications.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Candidates must have experience in the Mobile Repair Industry or a mobile handset repair/service center background.
Knowledge of mobile device troubleshooting and repair processes will be preferred.
Eligibility
Minimum 12th Pass
Experience in QC, Electronics, Mobile Repair, or Service Center operations is preferred.
Freshers with strong technical aptitude may also be considered for QC roles.
