Key Responsibilities

Project Implementation
Plan and execute agriculture-related project activities as per approved project plans.
Conduct field visits and ensure timely implementation of project interventions.
Mobilize and organize farmers into groups, clubs, and producer organizations.
Support implementation of climate-smart and sustainable agricultural practices.
Coordinate demonstrations, exposure visits, and field training programs.

Farmer Capacity Building
Conduct training programs on improved agricultural technologies and best farming practices.
Provide technical guidance on crop production, soil health, integrated nutrient management, and pest management.
Promote organic farming, water conservation, and natural resource management practices.
Facilitate farmer awareness programs and community meetings.

Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with government departments such as Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, and allied institutions.
Coordinate with NGOs, technical agencies, input suppliers,



and community-based organizations.
Support convergence of government schemes and advantages for farmers.

Monitoring & Reporting
Maintain beneficiary records, activity reports, and project documentation.
Collect field data and prepare periodic progress reports.
Monitor project outcomes and ensure achievement of project targets.
Document success stories, case studies, and best practices.

Livelihood Promotion
Support development of income-generating activities for rural households.
Promote integrated farming systems, horticulture, livestock, and allied agricultural activities.
Facilitate market linkage prospects for farmers and producer groups.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
