Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and optimize production processes.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to reduce costs and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Manage a team of engineers and technicians to achieve optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Oversee plant maintenance operations, ensuring effective breakdown analysis, corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, electrical maintenance, utility maintenance, machine maintenance, and plc-scada programming.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 15-24 years of experience in plant maintenance or related field.
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electrical or relevant discipline.
- Proven expertise in Siemens PLC programming and SCADA systems.
