Position : Service Manager - Personal Vehicle (Mahindra) - Division

Location: Seelanaickenpatty, Salem

We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to manage the Personal Vehicle Service operations, ensure workshop productivity, customer satisfaction, service quality and achievement of monthly business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete Personal Vehicle Service Workshop operations.
- Plan and monitor daily vehicle inflow, job cards, bay utilization and vehicle delivery.
- Ensure achievement of monthly Service Revenue and RO targets.
- Monitor Service Advisors, Technicians and workshop support staff.
- Ensure proper diagnosis, estimation and timely completion of repair work.
- Monitor customer complaints, repeat repairs and service quality.
- Coordinate with Parts, Warranty, CRM and Accounts teams.
- Ensure timely availability and proper usage of spare parts.
- Monitor pending vehicles, WIP, delayed jobs and vehicle delivery.
- Conduct daily review meetings and monitor team performance.
- Ensure proper implementation of Mahindra service processes, SOPs and safety standards.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor technician productivity, efficiency and job allocation.
- Ensure proper maintenance of workshop tools and equipment.
- Monitor warranty claims and documentation.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly service performance reports.




- Train and develop Service Advisors and Technicians.
- Maintain workshop discipline, housekeeping and safety standards.

Required Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / Engineering in Automobile or Mechanical preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in automobile service operations.
- Experience in Personal Vehicle Service preferred.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnosis, repair and workshop operations.
- Experience in team handling and customer complaint management.
- Knowledge of DMS / CRM / Excel will be an advantage.
