M-Assist / DMS Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced M-Assist / DMS Executive to manage and monitor our Dealer Management System (DMS) and ensure smooth day-to-day sales and dealer operations.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with M-Assist App or a similar DMS platform, along with strong knowledge of dealer management, sales orders, invoicing, inventory coordination and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations and transactions on the M-Assist App / DMS.
- Handle dealer/distributor onboarding, master data and account updates.
- Process and monitor sales orders, invoices, returns and dispatch-related transactions.
- Track dealer-wise sales, orders and pending transactions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Accounts and Warehouse teams for order and system-related issues.
- Ensure accuracy and timely updating of DMS data.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between DMS, sales and finance records.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS/DMS reports.
- Monitor pending transactions and ensure timely closure.
- Support the Sales Team with DMS-related queries and operational requirements.
- Maintain dealer records and transaction documentation.
- Provide management with relevant DMS reports and business data.




- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with defined DMS processes and SOPs.

Requirements
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in DMS, Sales Operations, Dealer Management, Commercial Operations or MIS.
- Hands-on experience with M-Assist App is strongly preferred.
- Experience with any Dealer Management System will be considered.
- Good knowledge of sales orders, invoicing, inventory and dealer/distributor processes.
- Strong MS Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Good analytical and MIS reporting skills.
- Solid attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work with multiple teams and handle operational queries independently.

Preferred Industry Experience Experience in FMCG, Beauty & Personal Care, Consumer Products, Distribution, Retail or similar industries will be an advantage.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, analytical, process-oriented and comfortable working with large volumes of sales and dealer data. Candidates with strong practical experience in M-Assist / DMS operations will be given preference.
