ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Lustre Storage Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise storage administration, DDN/Cray storage, SAN/NAS, replication and performance management.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

- 4–5+ years hands-on DDN/Cray Storage administration
- Enterprise Storage operations & troubleshooting
- Lustre Storage environment
- DDN/Cray replication, DR & backup
- Storage provisioning, capacity & performance management
- SAN, FC, iSCSI & zoning
- CIFS/NFS troubleshooting
- Linux / VMware / Windows / UNIX
- TCP/IP, VLAN & networking fundamentals
- Storage virtualization, thin provisioning & deduplication
- Storage upgrades, firmware & OS upgrades
- Clustering & High Availability




- Log analysis and end-to-end troubleshooting

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and troubleshoot DDN/Cray enterprise storage environments
- Support Lustre storage operations and performance optimization
- Handle SAN/NAS, FC and iSCSI connectivity issues
- Manage replication, backup, recovery and DR activities
- Perform storage provisioning, reclamation and capacity planning
- Troubleshoot NFS/CIFS, performance and connectivity issues
- Execute firmware/OS upgrades and configuration changes
- Monitor storage health, capacity and performance
- Provide remote technical support to customers
- Prepare RCA, reports and technical documentation
- Work in a 24×7 support workplace, including weekends/shifts
