The basic criteria for admission to any coveted university Pan-India are to clear an entrance exam, which largely tests students' aptitude in fields like Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Ability, Logical Reasoning, General Awareness, and Current Affairs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Developing relevant study material and modifying and restructuring existing study material as per the Entrance Curriculum.
2.



Conducting Subject classes – Logical Reasoning with strong emphasis on delivery of learning objectives and motivation of students to excel in the top entrance exam for various products of PRATHAM.
3. Ensuring above-average feedback from students and centres alike.
4. Creation of completely new mock test series for relevant Entrance examinations.
5. Recording regular Class Sessions for Online Uploads.
6. Creating some YouTube segments of my own Subject (Logical Reasoning).
7. Conducting regular sessions in schools, other educational tie-ups, and other forums addressing large gatherings of students and/or parents, providing information like “Career options after Class 12th” while effectively pitching brand PRATHAM.
8. Researching and developing learning objectives and study material for Undergraduate Entrances.
9. Analysing trends and patterns of previous year exam papers and ensuring all training modules such as in-class assignments, practice papers and full-length mock papers are in line with the ever-evolving Entrance examination patterns and structures.
10. Regularly interacting with other internal team members and external faculty members to ensure consistency in imparting the curriculum.

Education and knowledge:

- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree,



preferably MA
- Professional proficiency with the Microsoft Office package and IT literate.
- People with different educational backgrounds are also welcome who have the zeal to contribute to society by teaching and mentoring young students.

Experience: 1-3years of experience in delivering Logical Reasoning Classes.
