Logistic Manager

Education : B Pharm/ B Sc

Experience : 8 to 10 Year ( Positive experience in Pharma Export documents )

Key Responsibilities

- Shipment Planning
- Coordinate with the Supply Chain team for finished goods packing lists.
- Prepare container planning and air shipment planning.
- Freight Negotiation
- Negotiate sea and air freight rates with logistics service providers.
- Documentation Monitoring
- Monitor pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation activities.
- CHA Coordination
- Coordinate with CHA for shipment execution and customs-related queries.
- License Management
- Handle Advance License and EPCG License applications and closures.
- RODTEP Application
- Prepare and submit RODTEP applications.
- Bill Verification




- Verify and submit CHA bills for processing.
- Banking Coordination
- Coordinate with banks for export LC handling and export/import document lodgement.
- Outdoor Activities
- Visit DGFT offices at Churchgate for Advance License/EPCG License application and closure formalities.
- Visit customs offices to resolve shipment-related queries.
