We are looking for a responsible and organized Logistics &

- Transportation Executive (sitting job) to manage the company’s day-to-day transportation and delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Fleet &
- Driver Coordination:

Manage delivery vehicles, drivers, schedules, routes, and daily transportation operations.

- Dispatch &

- Delivery Management:

Plan routes, coordinate dispatches, monitor deliveries, and ensure timely completion with proper POD and trip-sheet records.

- Vehicle Documentation &

- Maintenance:

Maintain vehicle registration, insurance, permits, mileage, servicing, repairs, and inspection records.

- Fuel &

- GPS Monitoring:

Monitor vehicle movement through GPS, track fuel consumption, and identify opportunities to reduce fuel and transportation costs.

- Reporting &

- Team Coordination:

Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and accounts teams while preparing reports on trips, attendance, deliveries, fuel, vehicle performance, and maintenance.

- Requirements :

- Relevant Experience: Experience in logistics, transportation, fleet management, delivery, or dispatch operations is preferred.

- Technology &

- Excel: Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheet
