NDR Executive – Job DescriptionJob RoleNDR (Non-Delivery Report) Executive Key Job ResponsibilitiesOwn the complete NDR (Non-Delivery Report) resolution process for undelivered shipments. Proactively contact customers and confirm delivery issues, availability, address, and preferred re-attempt time. Drive successful delivery re-attempts and minimize RTO (Return to Origin) shipments.
Update customer responses, delivery remarks, and resolution status accurately in the system. Coordinate closely with delivery executives, hub teams, courier partners, and operations teams for immediate resolution. Track high-priority and ageing NDR shipments and ensure closure within defined TAT.
Analyze recurring NDR reasons and recommend corrective actions to improve delivery success rate. Maintain accurate MIS, daily trackers, and performance reports for NDR cases. Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure clear, timely communication.
Consistently achieve NDR resolution, productivity, TAT, and delivery-success targets .
Required Skill
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills. Excellent follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving ability. Good working knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications. Ability to manage high-volume cases and work effectively under strict TAT and targets.
Robust attention to detail and accurate data-update skills. Hindi communication required; basic to good English preferred. QualificationMinimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred. Freshers can apply depending on company requirements.
Previous experience in courier, logistics, customer support, or operations will be an advantage.
