Job Overview

We are looking for a Litigation Management professional to manage and monitor the company's legal and litigation matters. The role will involve handling cases before Courts, Tribunals and Quasi-Judicial bodies, coordinating with external advocates, preparing legal documents and managing legal notices and complaints.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in litigation, with exposure to Consumer and Life Insurance Litigation being preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor litigation cases filed by or against the company.
- Handle matters before Courts, Tribunals and Quasi-Judicial bodies.
- Draft and finalize legal documents including Plaints, Written Statements, Replies and Affidavits.




- Coordinate with internal teams and external advocates/law firms.
- Represent the company before relevant legal forums.
- Handle police complaints and legal escalations.
- Draft and respond to legal notices received by the company.
- Develop litigation strategies and support litigation budget management.
- Track case progress and ensure timely action on all litigation matters.
