About the Opportunity

This opportunity is for experienced Life Sciences Research Specialists with expertise in biology, biotechnology, biomedical sciences, molecular biology, scientific research, and data analysis to contribute to advanced AI research and evaluation projects .

In this role, you'll apply your scientific knowledge to evaluate AI-generated life sciences content, research analyses, experimental methodologies, and scientific outputs . Your work will help improve the accuracy, reasoning, reliability, and scientific understanding of next-generation AI systems.

No prior AI experience is required. Your life sciences knowledge, research experience, scientific reasoning, and analytical skills are the primary qualifications for success in this role.

Responsibilities

- Evaluate AI-generated life sciences content, research analyses, and scientific outputs for accuracy and quality.
- Apply expertise in biology, biotechnology, molecular biology, biomedical sciences, genetics, and related life sciences disciplines .
- Review scientific literature, research methodologies, experimental designs, and biological data .
- Analyze experimental results, datasets, research findings, and scientific methodologies to identify errors and inconsistencies.
- Assess AI-generated explanations involving biological processes, molecular mechanisms, cellular systems, and scientific research concepts .
- Translate complex life sciences concepts and research findings into transparent, structured documentation for AI training and evaluation.
- Identify scientific inaccuracies, methodological limitations, reasoning gaps, and unsupported conclusions .
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI accuracy,



scientific reasoning, and research capabilities .
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain scientific quality, consistency, and evaluation standards .

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Life Sciences, or a related discipline .
- Experience in scientific research, laboratory research, life sciences analysis, or academic research .
- Strong understanding of research methodology, experimental design, scientific literature, and data interpretation .
- Ability to analyze complex scientific concepts, biological data, and research findings .
- Excellent scientific reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills .
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to scientific detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment .

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree or PhD in Life Sciences, Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field .
- Experience with molecular biology, genetics, biotechnology, genomics, bioinformatics, or biomedical research .
- Experience conducting laboratory experiments, scientific data analysis, or literature reviews .
- Published research or experience contributing to scientific papers, technical reports, or research projects .
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, scientific data annotation, or AI model evaluation .
- Experience developing scientific evaluation frameworks, research documentation, or quality assurance processes .

Compensation

- Competitive compensation of $30–$50/hour.
